Adare Pharma Solutions is relocating its headquarters from New Jersey to Northeast Philadelphia and expects to create 115 new jobs over the next three years. This move is part of a $16.8 million expansion project by Adare, which includes opening a new lab. The company has received $3 million in state support for the relocation and plans to retain 200 existing jobs in Pennsylvania. Adare has secured a $2.4 million loan from the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority, a $460,000 Pennsylvania First grant from the state’s Department of Community and Economic Development, and a $100,000 workforce development grant from the state.
